Scribus could be easily considered as a professional instrument. Inside it everything was conceived for user friendliness and accuracy. This application supports different input extensions, then it will be not difficult to insert logos, backgrounds, and pictures in your publishing. When your work will be complete you will be able to save it in different extensions: .pdf, .eps, .svg. The only problem is the fact this application could cause you troubles with the fonts: in facts it could happen that damaged or low quality results could be disabled automatically.
