Stroma Soft CRM is an application which helps you to manage your customers. It is a very easy to use and to install application.

StromaSoft CRM, as its same name suggests, is an application conceived for Customer Relationship Management. It helps you to manage your customers providing an helpdesk and some modules dedicated to marketing and retail.

Between the main features provided by StromaSoft CRM we have to highlight:

- some features which allow you to improve a kind of net communication between working divisions or groups related to the same business;

- it is possible to import already stored contacts from ODBC data source;

- MS Outlook and CSV files;

- interaction with database applications dedicated to marketing (as an example Business World);

- the possibility to create and manage a large amount of e-mails to promotional and marketing campaigns;

- creations from the e-mail and the MS Word merging with the creation of new fileds;

- availability of the Access or SQL Server database.
